Unlike traditional website builders, SiteGenie doesn't use rigid templates. Just describe your business and our AI creates a bespoke design with industry-appropriate content.

Try this exampleWhy we do not sell you a template
A template is a design with the content removed. That sounds helpful until you sit down to fill it in, and discover the hard part was never the layout — it was writing three hundred words about your own business without sounding like everyone else.
It also shows. Pick a popular plumbing template and your site looks like every other plumber who picked it, down to the stock photo of a smiling engineer with a clipboard. Customers comparing three local firms notice, even if they could not tell you why.
SiteGenie starts from your description instead. A Leeds boiler-repair firm and a Bristol bathroom fitter get different structures, different emphasis and different wording, because the AI is generating for that business rather than filling a shared shell.
What the AI works out from one sentence
Industry conventions differ more than most people expect. Here is some of what changes automatically based on what you tell it.
What goes at the top of the page
An emergency trade leads with a phone number and a callout radius, because the visitor is already in trouble. A restaurant leads with the menu and booking. A solicitor leads with credentials and areas of practice. Getting this order wrong costs enquiries no amount of good design recovers.
Which trust signals matter
Gas Safe and NICEIC numbers carry weight for trades. Food hygiene ratings and allergen information matter for hospitality. SRA or ICAEW membership matters for professional services. The AI knows which to prompt for and where to put them.
How local coverage is described
A mobile business needs a service-area list that reads naturally and gives search engines something to match against, like "covering Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield". A business with premises needs an address, opening hours and a map. These are different pages, not the same page with different words.
The tone customers expect
A children's nursery and a commercial roofing contractor do not sound alike, and neither should sound like a software company. Copy is written in British English with the register the industry actually uses, so it does not read as imported American marketing.
Frequently asked questions
Does SiteGenie work for my industry?+
It works for most service businesses that need a brochure site: trades, hospitality, health and beauty, professional services, tuition, cleaning, motoring and similar. The AI is not limited to a fixed list of categories, so if your business is not shown above you can simply describe it and see what comes back. It is not suitable for online shops.
Can I change the design after it is generated?+
Yes. You can ask for any change in plain English — different colours, a new section, reordered pages, shorter copy — and the AI rewrites that part. Every build includes 100 chat edits, which is far more than most sites need, and you can top up if you run out.
How many pages does a generated site include?+
A typical build produces four to six linked pages: home, about, services, contact, and often a dedicated page for a main service or service area. You can ask for more pages afterwards.
Will my site look like other SiteGenie sites?+
The output is generated from your description rather than assembled from a shared template, so structure, palette and wording vary between businesses. Two firms in the same trade in the same town will get recognisably different sites, though both will follow the conventions that work for that industry.
Can I use my own photos and logo?+
Yes. You can upload your logo and swap in your own photography after the site is generated. If you do not have photos yet, the initial build uses appropriate stock imagery so the site is presentable while you organise them.
