5. Intellectual Property

The SiteGenie platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by No Fear Tech Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

5.3 SiteGenie Branding

Free tier websites include a "Built with SiteGenie" badge. Removal of this badge requires a paid subscription.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Tier

The free tier allows limited website generations per day. Free websites are hosted on temporary preview URLs and include SiteGenie branding.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

6.4 Price Changes

We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next billing cycle.

7. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Content is generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use
• AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
• We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from similarities to other works
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Fear Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification
